Butts Cottage is a 200 year old stone built cottage situated in Farnley Tyas and benefits from an ideal location for walkers. The cottage can sleep three people in one double bedroom and one single bedroom. There is a modern shower room with basin and toilet. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen, a living/dining area and a snug with gas fire and Smart TV. There is off road parking for two cars. Outside there are enclosed lawned gardens with furniture, backing onto a woodland area with footpaths.
